The 9' 6'' Compact from Red Paddle is one of the most transportable SUP boards on the planet. Ten years in the making, this revolutionary board is a step forward in what an inflatable board can be. It's a full-sized SUP that folds down to half the size of a conventional inflatable paddle board. The design for the 9' 6'' Compact is based on Red Paddle Co.'s award-winning 10'6″ MSL Ride. It provides the perfect blend of stability and manoeuvrability, allowing you to make the most of any location and any conditions.
A new look for Red Paddle Co.'s flagship Compact range, with a soft grey and cyan drop stitch and a new split deckpad. This allows for water to run off more effectively and improves the 'packability' of the board. It allows the board to fold on the hinge, making it easier to fold and roll.
Packed full of handy features and innovations, this board is ultra-practical for people who are short on storage space, or who want to transport a board easily. In developing this board, Red Paddle Co created a new weaving process that uses an extra-high-tensile thread matrix. The board has a super-strong but supple outer layer that can be packed away neatly in its Compact backpack. The ergonomic tubular handles on the Compact gives a cushioned, comfy grip when carrying your board.

5-Piece Adjustable Paddle: It packs away perfectly, but it is still adjustable with no compromise on the water. Made of high-modulus carbon for extra rigidity, with a durable pure nylon blade. The Nylon blade of the paddle is laser etched, with no printing, chemicals or transfers and produced with a single pure material. Meaning the design will stay on forever, resulting in no aesthetic implications. The new anti-twist adjustment system with 45 degree cut push-pin technology has resulted in their most compact paddle yet.
Titan II pump: Included with all Red Paddle Co. SUP packages, the newly refined industry-leading Titan II pump takes you from neatly-packed to fully-inflated in half the time, with half the effort.
Click fins: A simple click fin system with a secondary screw for added security. The two off set fin boxes themselves are also compatible with standard FCS fins, so you can customise the feel of your board on the water.
MSL fusion composite and airtight coating: MSL involves fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core at the raw material stage, removing hand gluing errors. The high-tech industrial process also saves almost 2kg in weight and makes the boards stiffer at lower pressures.
Ergonomic tubular handles: on all boards to give a cushioned, comfy grip when carrying your board.
NEW Adjustable Cargo System - A new and improved cargo system has one adjustable bungee strap and two flat elastic straps. A twin d-ring locking system allows easy adjustment and release and the small loop is ideal for water bottle storage.
