As of Tuesday, May 19th we're open to walk-in traffic, here's some steps we've taken for the safety of our staff, customers, and community:

  • Maximum of 20 customers at one time.
  • We're asking customers and staff to maintain 2M of distance between others.
  • Do not enter if you’re feeling ill.
  • Credit/Debit preferred, cash accepted.
  • Only touch what you’re interested in buying.
  • Returned items and clothing that has been tried on will be quarantined prior to being put back on the sales floor.
  • Hand sanitizer stations have been installed for customer and staff use.
  • Washroom is available for customer use and hand washing.
  • We’ve increased cleaning frequency, especially in high touch areas.
  • Floor markings to assist with physical distancing.

Q - Are you open?

A - Yes, we are now open for walk-in traffic Monday - Wednesday 10am - 5pm, Thursday - Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 5pm

Q - What forms of payment are you accepting?

A - Preferred methods of payment are Debit and Credit Cards. We will accept cash, although it's not preferred OR order in advance online.

Q - Are you limiting the quantity of customers inside?

A - Yes, we are limiting it to 20 customers at once. This is far below what we are allowed based on our size under new regulations.

Q - Can I try on clothes and shoes?

A - Yes, with some limitations. We ask you only try on items you are seriously considering purchasing. Change rooms will be disinfected after each use. Clothing that has been tried on and not purchased will be quarantined for 24 hours prior to being put back on the sales floor. For footwear we are not offering try-on socks any longer. Please come prepared with appropriate socks or plan to purchase a pair at the time.

Q - How long does it take to ship products out?

A - We process orders within 1-2 business days. All couriers are reporting delays, we recommend using store pick-up if possible. All shipping guarantees are currently not applicable.

Q - I'm local, can I order online and pick-up my order?

A - Yes, please select store pick-up at checkout. We strive to have your order ready within an hour if placed Monday - Saturday 10am -5pm. If you'd like contactless pick-up then call when you arrive and we'll bring the item to your car.

Q - I have to do a return, how does that work?
