Q - When will you reopen?

A - As soon as we can! We will be taking direction from Canadian health officials, and re-open when it's responsible to do so.

Q - Are you answering phone calls and emails?

A - We will be answering emails on a daily basis, this is the preferred method of contacting us. We will also typically be available by phone Monday - Friday 10am-4pm

Q - How long does it take to ship products out?

A - We will continue to ship orders out, but please expect slight delays from our normal service. Ontario and Quebec are typically 1-3 days, Prairies are typically 3-6 days, East and West coast are typically 4-8 days.

Q - I'm local, can I pick-up my order?

Q - What's the status of the Paddle Day?

A - The Paddle Day has been cancelled. If you're looking for a new kayak, please email us and we will honour sale pricing until May 3rd. We will also be offering free local kayak delivery within a 30km radius during the month of April.

Q - I have to do a return, how does that work?

A - We will be giving 2 weeks after we reopen for any items purchased after March 1st. Purchases prior to that were already out of our standard return period before we closed. Other standard return policies still apply. WE ARE NOT PROCESSING RETURNS DURING OUR SHUTDOWN.
