  • Delicious, protein packed, buttermilk pancakes! Made with a heart healthy blend of spelt and whole wheat flours, organic quinoa, and hemp. Perfect for the griddle! Requires minimal cooking.

  • Ingredients: WHOLE GRAIN SPELT FLOUR, WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, BUTTERMILK POWDER, SUGAR, HULLED HEMP SEEDS, ORGANIC QUINOA,  BAKING POWDER, DRIED WHOLE EGGS, SODIUM BICARBONATE, SEA SALT,

    • CONTAINS: MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, AND GLUTEN.
    • MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS, SOY, TREE NUTS

    Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Pour 3/4(180mL) cup of cold water into pouch and shake vigorously. Pre-heat skillet or griddle to medium-high & lightly coat with oil or butter. Pour batter onto hot griddle in desired size. When lightly brown, flip to cook the other side.
