  • Ingredients: PRECOOKED LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE, SAUCE [PARMESAN CHEESE (PARMESAN CHEESE (PART-SKIM MILK, BACTERIAL CULTURE, SALT, MICROBIAL ENZYMES, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SALT), SKIM MILK POWDER, MALTODEXTRIN, POTATO STARCH, SEA SALT, GARLIC, TORULA YEAST, SAVOURY SOUP BASE (MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT, YEAST EXTRACT, ONION POWDER, SILICONE DIOXIDE, TURMERIC EXTRACT (COLOR), SUNFLOWER OIL), ONION, DEXTROSE, SUGAR, BLACK PEPPER, PARSLEY, BASIL, TAMARI SAUCE (SOYBEANS, SALT, MALTODEXTRIN),  FREEZE-DRIED CHICKEN BREAST, BROCCOLI, SWEET CORN, ONION, BELL PEPPER, TOMATO.

    Allergens: MILK, SOYBEAN.

    Directions:
    • Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation.
    • Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water.
    • Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
    • Stir and serve.
    • Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. These directions are set for 5,000 feet.
