Innova Putt & Approach - Dart

Plastic - Innova

  • The Dart is a small diameter putter with a straight flight. The Dart is especially good for long range putts and go-for shots. It has a flight similar to our Aviar Putt & Approach but has less low speed fade and a little more range. The nice thing about this disc, besides the improved grip, is that it holds the line for a long time.

      • Star: 165-175g
The Star Line is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. Star Plastic offers the same outstanding durability of Innova's regular Champion Plastic, plus improved grip like the Pro Plastic. High performance, longevity, and superior grip make Innova Star discs the ideal choice for your game.
      • GStar: 165-175g
GStar is a blend of Star that adds flexibility and even more grip. GStar is opaque like Star, but features a pearlescent sheen. Their allure is only surpassed by their beautiful flight. GStar discs have a smooth, gradual transition in flight and the same durability as the Star Line
      • EchoStar: 170-175g
Discs once destined for the landfill are now given new life as our Echo Star Line. Made up of a blend of high-tech recycled plastic with a minimum of 50% pre-consumer waste, every Echo Star disc has nearly the same durability as Innova's premium plastics with a superior grip.
      • Champion: 150-175g
The Champion Line is produced with hi-tech plastic that provides outstanding performance and durability. Champion discs are distinguished by a clear or pearlescent plastic that retains original flight characteristics for an extended period of time. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, Champion Line plastic will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage.
      • R-Pro: 150-175g
R-Pro is a special blend of plastic designed to provide maximum grip with increased flexibility. The 'R' in R-Pro stand for Rubber. R-Pro Drivers are made with a stiffer blend of R-Pro while Mid-Range and Approach discs are made with a more flexible blend. All R-Pro discs offer excellent grip and feel regardless of weather.
      • DX: 150-175g
The DX Line is produced with Innova's Deluxe plastic. The DX Line offers the widest selection of models and weights. These discs are affordably priced and provide an excellent grip in a variety of weather situations. DX discs wear in with usage and over time will eventually take on new and varied flight characteristics.
    • Each disc has a distinct "personality"; the flight path that makes that disc unique. Flight Ratings can be used to compare Innova golf discs to each other. Other companies have adopted a similar system, but it’s important to note that flight ratings shouldn’t be used to compare discs between brands since each company rates discs differently. Flight Ratings are based on right hand backhand (RHBH) throws.

      SPEED 1 TO 14

Speed is the rate at which a disc can travel through the air. Speed 14 Distance Drivers are the fastest, having the PDGA maximum legal wing width. Faster discs cut into the wind with less effort and are best when throwing up wind. Slower discs take more power to throw upwind, but they’re easier to throw more accurately and may actually go farther downwind. High speed discs are not recommended for beginners as they require more power to fly properly.

      GLIDE 1 TO 7

Glide describes the discs ability to maintain loft during flight. Discs with more glide are best for new players, and for producing maximum distance. Beginners wanting more distance should choose discs with more glide. Discs with less glide are more accurate in high wind situations.

      TURN +1 TO -5

High Speed Turn is the tendency of a disc to turn over or bank to the right (for RHBH throws) during the initial part of the flight. A disc with a +1 rating is most resistant to turning over, while a -5 rating will turn the most. Discs rated -3 to -5 make good roller discs. Discs with less turn are more accurate in the wind. Discs with more turn are easier to throw for beginners.

      FADE 0 TO 5

Low Speed Fade is the discs tendency to hook left (for RHBH throws) at the end of the flight. Fade is rated from 0 to 5. A disc rated 0 will finish straightest, while a disc rated 5 will hook hard at the end of the flight. High fade discs are usually used for Spike and Skip shots.
