Great traditional product.

I bought the original brass candle lantern from Outdoors Oriented years ago and it has always worked flawlessly. I've purchased several of these aluminum ones as gifts and they work exactly the same and are also significantly lighter. Many accessories are also available like the LED bottom, and the reflector for casting light back down if lantern is hung. I recommend the neoprene cocoon for safe protective transport.

Candle me with care...

Firstly...be careful! We have never had any problems with this little gem but make sure you respect the instructions. We have found it offers a great light to tell stories and play cards by but not quite enough for me to read by.
