We ship FAST!

We strive to get your order out the door and on it's way to you as soon as possible. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

We ship using Purolator or Canada Post. Depending on the item and value, your order may require a signature on delivery.

We keep you informed of your order status from beginning to end and you'll be provided with a tracking number as soon as it's available.

• Orders under $75: $15 Standard Ground
• Orders over $75: Free Standard Ground
• Oversized items: $15 Surcharge. This includes some paddles, rack crossbars and larger attachments, family size tents, large camp furniture.
• Canoe barrel shipping: $25 per barrel.
• Store pick-up is always free.
• For remote locations, we may not be able to honour the free shipping or flat rate fees. We will contact you in this rare instance.
• Some oversized items are only able to be shipped by Purolator. If your address isn't serviced by them, we will reach out for an alternate address.
• High value shipments are typically sent "Hold for Pickup" and require ID and signature for pickup.
• Unfortunately kayaks, canoes, SUP's, cargo boxes, camp fuel and pepper spray products are only available for in-store pick-up.
• If you require faster shipping or have special shipping requests please call or email us so we can help you select the best method possible.
• We only ship within Canada.
