Q: How do I turn my Nano on?
A: Press the Dark Energy logo on the front of the Nano. That’s your power button. Once it’s on, the Nano will stay active while charging a device, then automatically shut off after a short period of inactivity to conserve power.
-
Q: How many times will this charge my phone?
A: The Poseidon Nano delivers about 50-70% of a full phone charge, depending on your phone’s battery size. It’s built to give you a reliable boost when you need it most.
-
Q: How come the MagSafe charging won’t work on my phone?
A: To use MagSafe charging, your phone must support MagSafe wireless charging. Most iPhones, iPhone 8 and newer work — but if your case is too thick, made of metal, or not MagSafe-compatible, it can block the connection. -
Q: The Nano gets warm when charging — is that normal?
A: Yes. All power banks generate some heat while charging, especially during wireless charging.
