Curbside & Lockdown FAQ's

In accordance with Ontario regulations we're temporarily closed to walk-in traffic. This doesn't mean we're not here for you though! During this time we'll be offering shipping, curbside pick-up, and customer service by phone or email.

Q - What are your curbside pick-up and customer service hours?

A - Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 3pm, Sundays - Closed

Q - Do I have to order online, or can I just show up?

A - Starting January 14th, 2021 new regulations require curbside pick-ups only be available for pre-purchased products. This means you must order online and select store pick-up, we will no longer be able to take payment at the door.

Q - What do I do when I arrive to pick-up my order?

A - Please call us at 905-688-4046 when you arrive and give us your name and order number. We'll bring the item out to your vehicle.

Q - Do I have to wear a mask?

A - Yes, Please wear a mask when using curbside pick-up.

Q - How do I know what's in-stock?

A - Our website offers a live inventory, so if you can add it to your cart, we have it in-stock and ready.

Q - How long does it take to process store pick-up orders?

A - We process orders very quickly. If you order during business hours we'll typically process it within 15 minutes. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed first thing the next business day.

Q - How long does it take to process orders to be shipped?

A - If you order before 3pm Monday - Friday your order will typically leave that very same day! Orders placed outside business hours are processed first thing the next business day.

Q - I have to do a return, how does that work?

A - We are still accepting returns for purchases made using our online store. Please contact us in advance for a return authorization number.
***We are temporarily suspending returns for purchases that were made in-store or directly at our curbside kiosk. We've extended the return period for purchases made after November 1, 2020 to 2 weeks beyond our full re-opening date. All other return details still apply: Standard return policy Returned items will be quarantined prior to being made available for sale.

Q - How do I use a gift card or store credit?

A - Unfortunately our gift cards and store credits cannot be redeemed online. Please contact us through the contact form on our website and we can assist you in manually processing your order using a gift card or store credit.

Q - I noticed you're sold out of a lot of kayaks and SUPs, can I pre-order for next spring?

A - Yes! We're suggesting this whenever possible as kayak, canoe and SUPs will be in short supply for the 2021 season. We have orders placed and are actively taking deposits from customers. To reserve a boat, we require a minimum 20% deposit with the balance paid upon pick-up. Boats and boards must be picked up within 1 month of their arrival. For more details please call or email us.
