Curbside & Lockdown FAQ's

Q - What are your current hours?

A - Our in-store, curbside pickup and customer service hours are: Monday - Wednesday 10am - 5pm, Thursday - Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 5pm, Closed Sundays.

Q - What's your store capacity?

A - For "Stage 3" our store capacity is limited to allowing 2M of social distance.

Q - Am I still able to place a curbside pick-up order now that you've reopened?

A - Absolutely! We're actually suggesting this whenever possible as there may be delays to get inside due to reduced capacity.

Q - How long does it take to process curbside pick-up orders?

A - We're FAST, we strive to have curbside orders ready within a half an hour during business hours.

Q - What do I do when I arrive to pick-up my curbside order?

A - Please call us at our dedicated curbside phone # 905-688-4046 and give us your name and order number and we'll bring the items out to your vehicle.

Q - Do I have to wear a mask?

A - Yes, Please wear a mask when using curbside pickup or for in-store shopping. Please also respect social distancing.

Q - How do I know what's in-stock?

A - Our website offers a live inventory, so if you can add it to your cart, we have it in-stock. Some off-season items (winter gloves in the summer) are warehoused off-site, so may not be available for same-day pickup.

Q - How long does it take to process orders to be shipped?

A - If you order before noon Monday - Friday your order will typically leave that very same day! Orders placed outside business hours are processed first thing the next business day. We're seeing a record amount of online orders so please bear with us if your shipment doesn't leave the same day.

Q - I have to do a return, how does that work?

A - We can accept returns and exchanges in-store, or by shipping the product back. Please see full return policy details HERE
