Cold rolled steel weight 540g ideal for backpacking and lightweight portaging. It is easy to assemble and to take apart. It works best with sticks and wood chunks. When the stove is filled, it will provide 20 minutes of constant heat that will permit you to cook a meal, boil water, or brew a pot of coffee.

The stove is a Canadian design and is entirely fabricated in Burlington, Ontario Canada.

Great design

I took this out last week on a back country canoe trip. I used it as both a wind guard for my trangia and as a wood stove.
It worked better than expected. I have officially replaced my white gas stove for this arrangement and save a bunch of room in my pack. This model is heavy (so very sturdy) and one day I may splurge on the titanium model. The stuff sack it comes in is very fragile and probably wont survive an entire season, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. This is a very well designed, sturdy product and I highly recommend it.
